Welcome

WHOLESALE SELLERS INFORMATION

Welcome to your own specialty on line hat store. I hope you enjoy your visit and find what you are looking for.

Special care is taken in designing elegant hats, turbans and wraps for ladies suffering hair loss due to chemotherapy or Alopecia. So despite the devastating experience of losing your hair, you can look good.
Each hat is lovingly constructed as if it were a sculpture. Materials and textures are combined until a design evolves. Visual and tactile experimentation give rise to the finished product as a working collage might evolve.

Fabrics used include a wide selection of velvets, tapestries, faux fur, linen, silk, cotton and thermal, and all sorts of interesting fabrics. Hats are trimmed with handcrafted silk, satin, chiffon, and velvet flowers, feathers and ribbons, jewelry, buttons, and unusual trim.

**April is Cancer Awareness month -  but are you aware of this!
Pay it Forward  - Helps ladies with cancer**

There is a quiet movement afoot in Edmonton, acts of kindness are being committed by strangers. They are calling it Pay It Forward, and like the movie by the same name, they give with no strings attached, asking only that the recipient try to help someone else. These strangers on a mission are giving cancer patients a reason to smile, to hope, to fight.

Linda Finstad  - originator of this plan, has always had a heart to help ladies battling cancer and started her specialty headwear business Hats By Emmanuel in 1999.

Over the years she has helped thousands of ladies and children look good despite the devastating side effects of chemotherapy.

Finstad knows first hand how rewarding that is, so she is allowing others to experience that feeling of doing something good for a stranger, and knowing their simple act of kindness will really make a difference.

It sounds obvious - but when you lose your hair especially when it falls out quickly due to drug side effects, your head really feels the cold. So having a soft little cotton cap that you can wear around the house and even to bed is essential.

“We sell hundreds of chemo caps at hats By emmanuel both from our booth at the old stathcona farmers market and on line from www.hatsbyemmanuel.com

But Linda Finstad wanted to inspire the “Pay it Forward” idea to her customers so every single chemo cap that is sold she will provide one Free of charge with the instructions to pay it forward to someone who might need it. So she is putting her money where her heart is by sponsoring their first act of kindness in an attempt to change the world  - one kind deed at a time

Did you know,
If you “Pay it Forward” to
3 people and they in turn pay it forward to 3 more.
In only 13 tiers of kindness 1,594323  lives will have been impacted.

Linda Finstad has made it so easy to be a part of that chain of kindness, with her simple pay forward a chemo cap project. But needs help to raise awareness and spread the good news.

Please will you help.
